Enoch Utah Real EstateOriginally settled by Native American Indians, Enoch is located on the Old Spanish Trail which in the 1800s saw much wagon traffic. First known as Johnson Springs, the name was changed to Enoch because another Utah town was called Johnson.

Enoch incorporated as a city in 1966, and included the small settlements of Grimshawville, Stevensville, and Williamsville under its umbrella.

Real estate opportunities in Enoch range from quaint, restored homes dating back to the 1800s to single family homes on lots close to town. There are also large custom homes on big lots and small acreages as well as plenty of land ready for development. Some are along streams or have small lakes.
