Sorry I am a little late with the real estate numbers for October.  In October 34 homes (includes TownHomes, Condos, Mobile Homes, SFR, SFRA, Modulars ect) were sold.  We had one home sell for $950,000.00 dollars and then our lowest was a mobile home for $15,000.00.  The average sales price for October was $234,000.00.  We currently …
