Well I am back from Mesquite, Nevada and our annual Iron County Association of Realtors board meeting.  I recieved some great training and advice on Real Estate investing and tax strategies.  I will do my best to put that new knowledge to work for my clients.  I have some big plans for this site and for this blog.  

I am trying to work out a deal where I get other professionals from the area to come and post articles and bits of information about our area on the blog.  This will help both my clients and the area professionals.  I am looking to find local attorneys, mortgage brokers, title officers, home inspectors, insurance agents and anyone else that is involved in Real Estate in some way.  I will have them post articles about what they do and how they can make/save you money.
