There are currently around 32,000 residents in Cedar City, Utah.   This does not include the appoximately 7000 students attending Southern Utah University.  Currently Iron County has a healthy growth rate of 3.3% with a medium age of 24.2 years.    There are according the the US Census 17315 housing units and that number is rising quickly.  

Currently the Real Estate market is still growing at a stead and substainable pace.  Home sales under $200,000.00 are increadible strong and home sales over that price are steadily increasing.
