There are many things we need to consider when deciding which home to purchase.  For me my family is my top priority.  This means Schools, Neighborhoods, crime rates and churches are top factors on my list.   Before you make a move you need to make a list of your top priorities and run them by your realtor.  This will make your realtors job of finding the perferct house for you just that much easier.   You also may want to consider being pre qualified.   There is nothing more disheartening then finding the perfect house then finding out you cannot afford it.
