I was recently talking with some big wigs from the state and they say there economist are all predicting record growth in Utah for the year 2007.  I have been feeling a surge in contacts and people wishing to write contacts in Cedar City as well.   This January feels a lot like the January of 2005 when we saw record price increases and sales in Cedar City.   I certianly do not have a crystal ball but I would advise people to get off the fence before you miss out on a new home purchase.   We are still have quite a few homes for sale with owners ready to sell.  So now may be the best time to get into that home you have been searching for.   If you would like to see what Cedar City realestate is avalible you can search the MLS via my website for free or just call me I would be happy to show you anything in Southern Utah.
