We had another extremely strong month in March. It seems this spring is going to be a lot better then predicted. We still have a good amount of homes on the market but buyers are grabbing the good deals and allowing the overpriced listings to sit.

If you would like a home $200-250,000 dollars we have the Saddleback Views Subdivision. These homes are typically 1300-1700Sf with an unfinished basement.
If you are in the $250-350,000 dollar range we have new homes being built in the Hunter Glenn Subdivision. This subdivision is just North of Equestrian Pointe and will surely be one of the nicest subdivisions in Cedar City.
