Do they know if you have pets or not?

A referral from a past client tends to be a good indication of the quality of the Realtor.

Just be sure the referral is bona fide, as in you know the person who bought or sold through the Realtor and have not just met them whilst in line at the cinema. And ask questions- How long has the Realtor been in business? How well do they know the local market?
