In December only 13 homes sold in Cedar City, Utah.   This is not a big surprise as December is almost always a slow month due to buyers being more concerned with Christmas and the Holiday season.   The price range for homes in December was $143,450 to $449,900.    There are 249 homes in Cedar City on the market currently.  

What this means to you home sellers is if you want to sell your home you will need to price your home to sell and make sure you use a qualified agent like myself to handle the marketing of your home.   People are still buying homes in Cedar City and it is still possible to sell your home and realize the gains you made in 2005 and the first part of 2006.  You just need to make sure you price your home correctly and that your home is properly marketed.
