I was asked to post about the new Fiddlers Canyon project.  I am not going to take sides but instead post the facts and lets others decided what they think about the situation.   Here is what is happening, in the open land across the street from Fiddlers Canyon Elementary School a developer is looking to put in 800 condo/townhome/appartments.  This would be on approximately 70 acres.  Possible issues  include;  The area is prone to flooding, Traffic on Fiddlers Canyon Road, School capacity, Loss of Home Value for Fiddlers Canyon Residents, Lack of Open Space, Lack of Churches, Lack of Infrastructure.   Anyways I was just asked to post about this so people would become aware of the situation.
