Are you in the market for a new home on a 1/2 acre lot for under $200,000?  We have 8 plans to choose from.   All homes come with upgraded kitchens, 2 car garages and 1/2 acre lots.   There are also options to add unfinished basements, fireplaces, and you can remove your garage and save even more money.   We also allow sweat equity if you want to do some of the work and save even more money.  These are not 1000sf home plans.  All plans are at least 1300 sf and built by a quality builder.
