November Sales Report

28 Single family homes sold in Cedar City in November.  The range was from $449,000.00 down to $139,000.00.   The highest sales volume came in the 200k-250k price range as about 65% of the homes sold last month were within that price range.  Many sellers offered buyers incentives such as paying closing costs, price reductions, and offering the buyer’s agent a bonus on top of the regular commission.   This was much slower then last year when 40 homes sold in the same time frame and for an average price of around $275,000, also sellers offered less incentives during the 2005 year.  This was to be expected as last year was the best year ever for Cedar City real estate and home sales.   If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in Cedar City or anywhere in Southern Utah please contact me.   In this market you need an agent like me to help negotiate the best deal possible for you and your family.  I have the knowledge and experience to get you the best deal possible on the sell or purchase of your home.  Please visit my website to search for homes in Iron County, Utah then contact me to view these homes in person.   I look forward to working with you all and if you have any questions please contact me.
