This post is for Southern Utah Home Owners and other Southern Utah Real Estate agents.   If you would like to post a property on this website all you need to do is email me a picture and 100-250 word description of the home or property.  As you know this site ranks #1 in google for Many Cedar City and Southern Utah real estate terms.  I am doing this free of charge as a service to you.  Also if you already have your home listed with another agent I will post is as long as I have both you and your agents permission.  If you are selling For Sale By Owner I do ask that you offer a 3% buyers commision if you wish to list on this site. 

Listings will be placed on a first come first serve basis.   All you need to do is email or call me and I should be able to get your listing up within a day or two.   If you have any questions feel free to email, call me or even leave a comment.   I look forward to posting your listings!
