Well I hope I am not jumping the gun but Cedar City real estate seems to be picking up again.  I have noticed a substainal increase in the number of calls I am recieving.   This is good news for you sellers out there.  While prices are mostly remaining steady around the valley the amount of buyers moving into the area are keeping the prices stable.
