I am currently expanding the areas I cover to include St. George, Hurricane, and all the way down to Bloomington.   I am doing this so I can better serve my clients.   I will be joining the Washington County Board of Realtors so I will have access to both Iron and Washington County MLS.  This not only helps my clients looking in Southern Utah it also helps those people looking to sell there home as I will have it listed on both Multiple Listing Services so all the agents from St. George will see your Cedar City home for sale when they search for homes.  Prudential is one of a very few offices that will be on both the St. George and Iron County boards.   We feel this is extremely helpful for our Cedar City, New Harmony, Duck Creek, Brian Head, and all of Southern Utah clients.
