Homes are really starting to move due to discounted prices based on slow sales this winter.  There are still great oppertunities in this market you just have to spend some time looking for them.   A record number of homes sat on the market with little movement over the winter and this provides you the buyer a great oppertunity to buy new and used homes at a reduced price.  You can also find people who are offering great incentives like paying your closing costs, upgrading your carpet or even remodeling a room for you.  

If you are in the market for Southern Utah real estate you should really consider looking as the market is picking up and these deals will not last long.
