<p>Groovefest is a  five-day festival that celebrates American Music. It ranges from Jazz, Folk, Blues, Americana, Country Western, etc. This year it will be from June 22-26. The line up for this years festival is already being put together, and there will be a drawing for a ukelele of a $700 worth donated from Wittlesticks:</p>
<p>&#8220;Whittlesticks in Cedar City has just donated a beautiful ukulele,  handmade by John Heaton!! This instrument will be as fresh as can be  when the winning ticket is drawn by some lucky person!&#8221; <a title="Groovefest" href="http://groovacious.com/" target="_blank">1</a></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>During the course of my day I speak with literally hundreds of people about real estate.   One question I hear consistently is</p>
<p>&#8220;Is right now a good time to move up into a bigger home?&#8221;  </p>
<p>In my opinion right now is an amazing time to move up.  The reason is prices, interest rates, and inventory make this the perfect buyers market.   While sitting in our office meeting Janet Naisbitt-Bagley made that point and it really hit home because she has been in the business for at least 30 years and she stated she has never seen a better market for buyers.   </p>
<p>I know you are thinking but I have to sell my home to move up!   That&#8217;s true but in Cedar City the best deals are on the higher priced homes.  This means you may not get as much as you would have in 2005 for your home but you should more then make the difference up on the purchase of your new nicer home.  Not to mention your interest rate should also be lower then previous interest rates.   </p>
