The State of Utah has released a new Home Run Grant to help the construction industry as winter approaches. The basics of the program are that anyone who makes less then 75k if you are single or 150k if you file jointly will be eligable for a $4,000 dollar grant if you purchase new construction. You do not have to be a first time home buyer.
