Sodas, Snow Cones, and a Massive Thank You: Our Community Appreciation Day!

Around here, we talk a lot about how much we love the Southern Utah lifestyle and the incredible backyard we get to play in. But the absolute best part of this area isn’t the red rock country or the mountain trails—it’s the people who live here.

To say thank you to the community that supports us, our entire team of 14 agents took over The Soda Nerd for a massive Customer Appreciation Day. The plan was simple: hang out, catch up, and pass out free sodas and snow cones to our past, present, and future clients.

But if you know anything about our team, we don’t do anything halfway.

The turnout was absolutely incredible. Before we knew it, the line was stretching across the grass and we realized we needed all hands on deck. Our real estate agents literally traded their laptops for sticky fingers, jumped right into the booth, and took turns slinging custom sodas and packing snow cones as fast as humanly possible.

It was fast, beautifully chaotic, and tons of fun.

We got to catch up with old friends who trusted us to help them find their homes, meet some brand-new faces looking to plant roots in the area, and watch our kids and families run around together in the sunshine. Even our favorite local title officers and mortgage lenders showed up to help us celebrate. It takes a village to make homeownership happen, and having our trusted partners there to high-five our clients made the day complete.

Days like this remind us exactly why we do what we do. Real estate isn’t about transactions or closing dates; it’s about building a community where people feel connected, supported, and—at least for one sunny afternoon—perfectly caffeinated and cooled down.
